Feature Spotlight: Co-Op Expeditions & Realities
Issue #3: Worlds Beyond sees the Heart of the Island unleashed, splitting the timeline of X-Isle and its factions across alternate Realities; the Corrupted Heartlands, VEKTR’s Invasion, and Disciple’s Kingdom. Squad up in teams of up to three across three unique Realities in PvE Co-op Expeditions. Teams are no longer hostile to one another, and each match features a twist with Mutators and a unique Vault locked within the Treasury.
Raise your Reputations with Character Factions, battle unique foes, and brave the challenges of each Reality across Story Quests to peel back the truths that have manifested them in Issue #3: Worlds Beyond!
PvE Expedition: Disciple’s Kingdom (Free)
A reality where the Disciples reign supreme. Tabytha is collecting a task force of Renegades to piece together how the cursed lizards carved themselves such a slice of heaven – and loot a share of the treasures they were after on the way!
Tied to Tabytha’s Reputation Track, the Disciple’s Kingdom is most suitable for new players and available to all through the base game. Prove your worth and make your mark to Tabytha by following her Story Quests and venture through the Disciple’s Kingdom to bring down “The Elder”.
PvE Expedition: VEKTR’s Invasion (Expansion Pass)
A Reality formed by Bodhi Hogan’s pursuit of power, where he reigns supreme as overlord of VEKTR and its cybernetic armies. By a bittersweet twist of fate and fortune, the traitorous turncoat is now trapped within the ideal he created.
Nellie Ruffin takes the reins in this pivotal Reality to finally bring Bodhi Hogan to justice. With an increased difficulty featuring unique VEKTR enemies and abilities, the VEKTR’s Invasion Reality and Nellie Ruffin’s Reputation Track is included in the Realities Expansion Pass or Master of Realities Expansion Pass.
PvE Expedition: Corrupted Heartlands (Expansion Pass)
A manifestation of GRAIL’s own misplaced ambitions, the Corrupted Heartland is a dark and twisted Reality of greed left unchecked. The force unleashed by the Heart of the Island plagues X-Isle, corrupting everything its tendrils latch on to – weapons, Artifacts, even living beings.
Seeking to confront the consequences of GRAIL’s actions, Bjorn sets out to find a remedy for the corruption and soothe the powers of the Heart. A challenge even for the most experienced Renegades, The Corrupted Heartlands Reality features enemies never before confronted and is included along with Bjorn’s Reputation Track in the Realities Expansion Pass or Master of Realities Expansion Pass.
The Realities Expansion Pass and Master of Realities Expansion Pass will be available to purchase in-game and via Steam, PlayStation Store, and Microsoft Store from November 14.
