What are promo codes and where can I get them?
Promo codes are unique codes that can be redeemed on this page in exchange for in-game content in HAWKED. Promo codes may be distributed on official social media channels and newsletters, by HAWKED content creators and partners, via marketing campaigns, competitions, and various other methods of delivery.
Can I use promo codes more than once?
Promo codes are generally unique and can only be redeemed once, so make sure you don’t share them! However, we may occasionally run special redemption campaigns with promo codes that have multiple uses.
I'm having trouble activating my code. What should I do?
It's possible that your code has expired, or has been entered wrong. Double-check the expiry date of the promo code and ensure you are entering the characters and numerals correctly, with no spaces, errors, or additional symbols.
I haven't received my items. What should I do?
If you're having trouble activating or receiving content from your promo code, contact Support.
How do I activate my promo code?
Log in to the HAWKED website using the game account that you wish to receive the code’s contents. Enter your code here, view its contents, and then redeem it. Simple!
I activated my promo code. How do I receive my items?
Once redeemed, content granted by your promo code will be available in-game after a short amount of time has passed.
I play HAWKED on Steam, can I also redeem a promo code?
Yes. Simply log in using your Steam account, and follow the process detailed above to redeem your promo code.
Can I buy promo codes?
No, promo codes are not for sale and should not be resold. If someone has offered to buy your code or sell you a code, we advise you to ignore them as this may be a scam.
