New Update: Traverse Realities in Issue #3: Worlds Beyond!

A new corruption has shattered X-Isle’s fate, mutating all it touches. Dive right into a brave new Reality… or should we say Realities? Reality shatters, corruption spreads — experience the chaos in Issue #3: Worlds Beyond, a new update available for HAWKED on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One!

Tackle co-op PvE Expeditions together with friends to advance Storylines across three distinct Realities. Take on rival Renegades Solo or as a Squad in PvP Mode. Gain the support of GRAIL’s finest with the Reputation System, and craft affix-charged Artifacts through Synthesis. Loot more Artifacts and equip the Loadouts of Renegade legends with new Class Cards. 

Celebrate the launch by tuning into streams with Twitch Drops active until December 2, Refer a Renegade to nab loot as the squad gathers, upgrade your hunt with an Expansion Pass, and grab the Renegade Pass #3 to progress as you plunder!

TEAM UP FOR CO-OP EXPEDITIONS

The Heart of the Island unleashed, the world has shattered into three Realities: The Disciples, VEKTR, and GRAIL. It’s up to you Renegades to team up, venture across them all, and bring them back to the true timeline in the long-awaited PvE Expedition Mode, a swashbuckling co-op adventure for Squads of up to three players (with no PvP rivalry)!

Assist Tabytha in defeating The Elder in the Disciple’s Kingdom (available for free in the base game), and join Nellie on her path of vengeance against Bodhi through VEKTR’s Invasion or tag alongside Bjorn to save GRAIL from the brink of greed from the Corrupted Heartland in Realities (included with the Realities Expansion Pass).

Embark on each hunt against ever-changing odds as match-altering Mutators shift reality, and dare to delve through the final Vault within the Treasury to grab the ultimate prize!

CULTIVATE A CUTTHROAT CAREER IN PVP MODE

Squad up or gun down rivals Solo in Treasure Hunt PvP Modes with slight adaptations to align the format to PvE Expeditions.

Take on rival Renegades in a race to collect 3 Glyphs (yes, instead of 4!), unlock the Treasury, and run the gauntlet in the final Vault to nab the ultimate Artifact prize. The risks are certainly high with not only rivals to contend with but increased damage from PvE enemies – but the reward matches the risk with a higher loot value!

RESCUE NEW ALLIES, CHALLENGE OLD FOES

An old forgotten signal has flared up in all the madness, coming from an old guard of GRAIL long thought lost to a storm of endless alternate dimensions. CAPS has been traversing the dimensions for centuries, a little chaos here, and some Renegade wits there might just help him find his way.

As for Bodhi Hogan, he’s triple the threat as his reality has split across the three X-Isles. Could be a good moment for him to do some soul-searching… or maybe just get dealt a triple dose of justice.

RAISE YOUR REPUTATION

Rise up in the hearts and minds of GRAIL’s Finest by fostering friendships with your favorite characters. Follow the Story and complete Story Quests and Mastery Quests in three Reputation Tracks — Nellie, Bjorn, and Tabytha — across the Expedition Realities they’re tied to. NOTE: Your Character Reputation levels will be persistent from Issue to Issue. GRAIL Loyalty will be removed in Issue #3: Worlds Beyond, and all previous progress will be transferred to Reputation.

CHARGE UP YOUR LOADOUT

Find a purpose for each and every piece of loot you extract from X-Isle — including your hoard of duplicate Artifacts and Trinkets — through Synthesis! Experiment with their qualities, upgrade their abilities, and unleash the ultimate power of Charged Artifacts on your unsuspected foes by empowering them with Legendary, Masterwork, and Corrupted Affixes unique to each Artifact.

LOOT NEW ARTIFACTS

Go on Expeditions into the dystopian Reality of VEKTR’s Invasion and the eldritch nightmare of the Corrupted Heartlands and see if you can brave their dangers long enough to get your hands on these newly discovered Artifacts, and your boots safely back to the Riftwake!

• Wyvern’s Wail:GRAIL scientists believe the Wyvern's Wail was originally designed to record messages, allowing the lost civilization to dictate notes and preserve their history. Unfortunately, the only recordings we've recovered so far are angry exchanges between bickering couples and a few badly performed original songs. Still, we'll keep searching.
• Leatherneck:The lost people revered the armadillo for its natural ability to withstand sudden attacks, and the Leatherneck embodies this philosophy by offering a last-second surge of protection to adventurers in dire situations. Rumors also say the lost people used armadillos for lawn bowling, but these reports cannot be confirmed.
• Limb Regrower:This Artifact is modeled after a wounded reptile in brumation, resting away its worries and pains, soon to emerge as a renewed, stronger creature. We advise all Renegades to practice similar self-care, though be aware that limb regrowth remains just beyond our current capabilities.
• Sea Shroud:Further supporting the lost people's strong connection to the sea, this treasured piece is shaped like an octopus. We haven’t found any octopus around X-Isle, but given the Artifact's invisibility-granting power, they're probably just very good at hiding.

EQUIP NEW CLASS CARDS

New legends have joined the Renegade pantheon! Don their Loadouts and wield their tricks with four new Class Cards in the deck.

• Medusara, The Sea Shield: It pays to have friends in low places.
  • Effect: The Familiar’s Boon Gear and jellyfish clusters on X-isle grant you 50% more shields.
  • Loadout: Doomerang, Familiar’s Boon, Sea Shroud, Specter’s Gaze, Hermit’s Crown
• Rita Redline, The Risk-taker: Risk it all for a good shot.
  • Effect: You gain 20% firearm critical chance for 3 seconds after taking damage.
  • Loadout: Kick-back Coin, Smoke Blast, Limb Regrower, Revenger’s Lamp, Powerglass. 
• Malice Alice, The Tormentor: A master of misfortune, without mercy.
  • Effect: You deal 15% more direct damage to enemies suffering from negative effects.
  • Loadout: Devoider, Hit Flask, Wyvern’s Wail, Ballistic Bag, Pioneer’s Piton

• Overload Ed, The Living Battery: Discharge your damage.
  • Effect: When your Shield boost is exhausted, deal 100% equal shock damage to the closest enemy.
  • Loadout: Blockade Ram, Snap-Track, Leatherneck, Shellblazer, Scallop Shield
