The GRAIL mission is approaching its end, as X-Isle will soon fade away. The MY.GAMES team has made the difficult decision to discontinue HAWKED’s services in the near future.

It was a great hunt, and we are grateful to every Renegade who joined the journey: exploring the jungles and ruins of X-Isle, chasing Caravans and Relics, solving puzzles and uncovering mysteries, battling VEKTR, and simply enjoying the adventure together.
We are closing this chapter to focus on new challenges ahead.

Starting March 11, all in-game purchases and payments will be disabled. Players will still be able to access and enjoy the game using existing content and previously acquired items.

The servers will remain fully operational until:

PC: June 9
Console: September 7

After these dates, the game and its online services will be permanently retired.

The current Renegade Pass will be extended until September 7. Additionally, every Renegade will receive free access to the Realities Pack upon logging into the game starting March 11. We have also unlocked the in-game shop contents for Hawks, so don’t miss your final chance to gear up before the expedition ends.

Why is the game closing?

This decision was made after careful internal discussions and an evaluation of the project’s long-term prospects. As part of a broader internal process, the company chose to reallocate its resources toward other products and new initiatives and focus on future developments. This was not an easy decision and was made with great respect for the community and the history of the game.

Is HAWKED shutting down for good?

Yes, MY.GAMES has made the decision to discontinue the HAWKED project.

What does “project/server closure” mean?

The closure means that the game’s servers will be shut down on the announced dates. After that, all online features, multiplayer functionality, and access to game content will no longer be available, and the game will no longer be playable.

When exactly will the game stop working?

Starting on March 11th, all in-game purchases and payments will be disabled. Players will still be able to access and enjoy the game using existing content and previously acquired items. The servers will remain fully operational until:

Console version: September 7th

After which the game and its online services will be permanently retired. The exact shutdown time will be announced closer to the date and communicated in UTC.

Will the game still be available for download after the shutdown?

No. After the shutdown, HAWKED will no longer be available for download on any platform.

Is there any chance the game will return or the servers will be relaunched in the future?

At this time, there are no plans to relaunch the game or restore the servers. If anything changes, updates will be shared through official channels.

Will the game still launch on my PC/Console after the servers are shut down?

No. HAWKED requires a constant connection to its servers. Once the servers are shut down, the game will no longer function.

Will the official website be closed?

Yes, the official website will be shut down.

Will the official Discord community be closed?

No, the official Discord server will remain accessible for viewing, but it will no longer be actively updated. Moderation will be gradually phased out after the server shutdown.

What will happen to other HAWKED social media channels?

Official HAWKED social media channels will remain accessible for a limited time. No new content will be published, and the channels may be archived or closed after the game’s retirement.

Where will official updates about the shutdown be published?

All official updates will be shared via the official website, social media channels, and in-game or launcher messages while the servers remain active.

Will I receive a refund for recent purchases, donations, or early access bundles?

All eligible funds can be refunded in accordance with the policies of the platform where the purchase was made.

Will new purchases be disabled before the shutdown?

Yes. Starting on March 11th, all in-game purchases and payments will be disabled. After that point, players will still be able to access the game and use previously acquired content until the servers are permanently retired.

What will happen to my in-game currency and unused items?

All in-game currency, items, and content will remain available and usable until the servers are shut down. After the shutdown, access to all in-game content, including currency and items, will no longer be possible. We also plan special activities and in-game gifts to thank players for their support before the servers are closed. More details will be shared soon.

Can I transfer my in-game currency, items, or progress to another MY.GAMES project?

No, transferring currency, items, or progress to other MY.GAMES projects is not supported. However, as a thank-you for being part of the HAWKED community, we would like to share a promo code for another PC and console title War Robots: Frontiers that will allow you to receive special in-game rewards. More details will be announced soon.

Will the game receive updates or patches before it closes?

No new content updates are planned. Only critical technical fixes may be deployed if necessary.

Is there going to be an amnesty for banned players during the closure period?

No. The closure of the game is not considered a mitigating circumstance, and previously issued bans will remain in effect. We do not plan to introduce a general amnesty during the sunset period.

How long will my personal data be stored after the game is closed?
