New Update: Venture 3 Unleashed!

The hunt for the Masterglyphs is on! Discover the echoes of X-Isle’s past in Venture 3 of Issue #2: Dark Arrival, a major new update available now on all platforms.

Loot new Artifacts, master additional Class Cards, tackle devious Encounters, and pit your wits against the dangers of X-Isle in a Questline to piece together the threads that form its past, and may ultimately weave its future.

LOOT NEW ARTIFACTS & UNLOCK A FOURTH SLOT!

Add another dose of carnage to your Loadout with a fourth Artifact slot, unleashing an extra ability for extra unpredictability. Additionally, enrich the gameplay of your favorite Class Cards, supporting their strengths or patching up their weaknesses.

GRAIL also reports that three new Artifacts are available to loot from X-Isle, so get out there and nab ‘em!

Hermit's Crown: This Artifact was designed for those on a spiritual journey. Out in the wilds of X-Isle, the headpiece could offer a direct connection to the mystical nature of the island itself. Nowadays, Bjorn wears it to make abundantly clear that he wishes to be left alone.

Find strength and speed in solitude.

• Common Quality: When there are no enemies within a 22 m radius of yourself, the time to complete the following actions is reduced by 19/21/23/25%: weapon aiming, weapon reload/cooldown, stamina restoration, shield recharge, Gear cooldown.
  Enemies who are knocked down will not count if within your radius.
• Legendary Quality: Radius is reduced to 18m.
• Location: Story Quest reward

Ritual Torch: According to GRAIL scientists, the lizard adorning this torch is alive. However, no matter how many tasty treats it was offered, the critter refuses to leave the torch. Its sole goal is to tend the fire that burns within the torch's mysterious gem.

May your flames never fade.

• Common Quality: Any explosion damage you inflict on enemies also burns them 2.5/2.8/3.1/3.5 seconds.
• Legendary Quality: If you're on fire, apply burn to your enemies with every type of direct damage you inflict.
• Location: Found across X-Isle

Restoration Jug: This beautiful jug was long ago used to collect the healing waters across X-Isle's shores and riverbanks. Note how the Wonderium ornament has mended the many cracks along its exterior. A priceless piece. Which is why, we must stress once more, STOP USING THIS FOR CHUGGING CONTESTS.

Stay hydrated, stay in the fight.

• Common Quality: Instead of Heal-o-Cola, drink from this Artifact to restore 50% of your maximum health. Restoration Jug has a 30/27/25/23 seconds cooldown. Any Heal-O-Cola you carry can be consumed during Artifact cooldown.
• Legendary Quality: Artifact's healing effect is increased to 65% of your maximum health.
• Location: Found across X-Isle

Astra Throwback, The Time Trapper

After teleporting with the Snap-Track Gear, leave behind an active, non-upgraded version of the Devoider's gravity anomaly.

• Loadout Requirements:Devoider, Snap-Track, Hermit's Crown, Hellioscope, Fallback Frog

Snort-Scorch, The Wild Flame

For firestarters and punkin’ instigators who set gunfights ablaze by unleashing every ounce of firepower they can stack in their Loadout.

• Effect: 35% of expected burning damage is dealt instantly.
• Loadout Requirements: Infernat Lantern, Bang-O-Matic, Ritual Torch, Combusti-Core, Shellblazer

Big Chugz, The Iron Gut

Don’t engage on an empty stomach. Gorge and forge ahead with a temporary Shield boost while consuming any food or drink.

• Effect: Receive 75% of missing Health as a temporary Shield boost while consuming any food or drink.
• Loadout Requirements: Gelatinum, Loaded D20, Restoration Jug, Collar of Scorn, Blooded Blade

Wrath Raven, The Savage Scav

Hunt your prey, pick them clean. Here's to you, Master Card-crafter Raven0V (Winner of the June 2024 Class Card contest)!

• Effect: Performing a finisher on an enemy drops 10 more Scorn Trophies and pings the closest rival Renegade.
• Loadout Requirements: Huntclaw, Echo-Pulser, Collar of Scorn, Collector Coil, Warden's Glass

Saito - The Shadow Slasher

He’s going the distance, he’s going for speed, and a massively damaging strike with Veteran’s Blade straight out of invisibility.

• Effect: Sprinting does not interrupt invisibility if you carry no firearms or armaments. Invisibility wears off 50% quicker while sprinting.
• Loadout Requirements: Veteran's Blade, Fringe Fader, Maelstrom, Dual-Edgend, Death Grip

TACKLE NEW ENCOUNTERS

VEKTR’s been making moves to entrench their presence across X-Isle. Test your wits against their Circuit Sync, a new Encounter where only the correct pattern of wires will connect the energy dispenser to the receiver and unlock what’s within.

Don’t forget to stop by and say hi to Diego if you catch him on your hunts. A rather friendly chap, he might just give you a share of his haul. But while allies abound, so do enemies. Agent Kappa has been sighted everywhere lately. In fact, he barely stays home any more, and you’re sure to encounter him and his improved radio at least once per match.

MATCHMAKING UPDATE

Squad and Solo match queues are now combined to increase match frequency and reduce wait times. Solo players will receive a buff that increases their Health, Shield damage, and PvE damage while also reducing their Shield cooldown. Meanwhile, halved buffs are granted to two-player Squads.

COMPLETE YOUR RENEGADE PASS #2

The Renegade Pass #2 will remain active until the release of Issue #3, giving ample time to level it up in style across Venture 3!

The Free Track is available to all players, with an upgrade to the Premium Track available in-game for 150 GE-0 Cash. Complete Quests and loot X-Isle to unlock over 50 rewards, including the Samaran Avatar, salvaged from leftover VEKTR tech, and enough GE-0 Cash to fully cover your next Premium Renegade Pass track!
